Our Services
The purpose of spinal manipulation is to restore joint mobility by manually applying a controlled force into joints that have become hypo-mobile – or restricted in their movement – as a result of a tissue injury. Tissue injury can be caused by a single traumatic event, such as improper lifting or through repetitive stresses, such as sitting in an awkward position with poor spinal posture for an extended period of time. Manipulation of the affected joint and tissues, restores mobility, thereby alleviating pain and muscle tightness, allowing tissues to heal.
Chiropractic Adjustment
Therapeutic stretches and exercises are forms of rehabilitation used to strengthen the musculature in the human body and increase overall range of motion. By strengthening the muscles surrounding the spine, you can shorten recovery and decrease your chances of repeat injuries. Therapeutic stretches and exercises work hand and hand with the chiropractic adjustments to keep you feeling better longer.
Therapeutic Exercises
Spinal decompression therapy may be used as a non-surgical method of relieving upper, mid, lower and neck pain. A motorized traction device works by gently stretching the spine using specific computer generated commands. The spine is made up of dozens of bones and cushioned by discs called intervertebral discs. The relief comes from pressure being relieved from the gel-like pads between the discs. The pressure relieved can relieve nerves that have been trapped. The main benefit may come from allowing nutrient rich fluids, water and oxygen to enter the area to begin the healing process.
Spinal Decompression
Acupuncture involves the use of thin needles placed in strategic points on your body. Acupuncture is a traditional alternative therapy used to treat a variety of disorders and symptoms. It can be used alone or in correlation with other chiropractic therapies to decrease pain, induce relaxation, as well as improve your overall health and immunity. Dry Needling is an effective treatment for both acute and chronic pain. It can promote healing after injury and improves a patient’s ability to move with less pain. DN is a therapeutic treatment that involves inserting a very thin needle into a “trigger point”, knot, or muscle spasm.

Cupping involves placing special suction cups on the skin to create a vacuum effect, drawing blood flow to the area and helping to release tension in the muscles and soft tissues. This therapy can help alleviate pain, improve circulation, and promote the body’s natural healing processes. Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, tight muscles, or simply need to relax, cupping can provide effective relief.
Cupping
Our muscle work techniques focus on releasing tight muscles, improving circulation, and breaking down adhesions or muscle knots that may be causing discomfort or limiting movement. Using methods like deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and other therapeutic techniques, we help relieve chronic pain, muscle stiffness, and postural imbalances.
Muscle Work
Electrical stimulation therapy uses gentle electrical impulses to target muscles, nerves, and tissues, helping to alleviate pain, stimulate blood flow, and improve muscle function. It’s particularly effective for conditions like chronic pain, muscle spasms, and post-injury recovery. E-stim can also enhance muscle strength and support the healing process by improving circulation and reducing swelling.
Electrical Stimulation Therapy
Using specialized elastic tape, therapeutic taping helps support the body’s natural healing processes by providing gentle support to injured or overworked muscles and joints. The tape can reduce swelling, improve circulation, and provide stability without restricting movement, making it an excellent option for individuals recovering from sports injuries, strains, or sprains.
